Gribbin Properties, a family owned and managed business, was established in 1976. Based in Bethel CT, we own and operate efficiency/studio apartments, as well as one and two bedroom apartments.
Gribbin Properties offers quality rental apartments in Bethel CT and Danbury CT.
We work hard to provide responsive and caring maintenance and management services.
We are very particular about our residents. We take pride in our properties and we are looking for residents who will be as particular as we are.
Our requirements for renting are as follows:
- Monthly income from all legal and verifiable sources must equal three times the monthly rent.
- Full credit check with excellent credit
- Minimum security deposit is one month’s rent, more if credit check has blemishes
- There is no charge to the applicant for the credit check
